No he doesn't. I'm not sure why, since he came in second. But MyDD is displaying the proper delegate count. Can someone explain this to me?
The ticker is a waste of time. It's over, Obama wins, can we move on to something else?
Come on, Dave... we can afford to be gracious. I don't want to think it's over until I get the chance to vote!
...insignificant states.
Only an Obamabot would be willing to shut down democracy before anyone votes.
OBAMABOT!
I love it.
Nope, the ticker is correct. Edwards has less STATRE delegates than HRC does.
HRC also leads with Super Delegates and is almost at 10% of the total needed for the nomination.
One thing to keep in mind my friend is that superdelegates can and do peel off. I'd like to see your girl and my guy hang in for as long as possible, but the path to the nomination is getting harder everyday for both :(
No, that's correct. Hillary got more superdelegates than Edwards. It's the system that's broken, not the ticker.
no - you are incorrect as well as the diary.
the ticker is only counting STATE delegates, notstate delegates + super delegates.
Hillary has more STATE delegates than Edwards
They each got one of the congressmen, Edwards got Swisher, Hillary got Opstvedt and Maurco. One more superdelegate, and Hillary would have been tied with Obama. It's a broken system.
No, that's not correct I feel. The ticker doesn't include superdelegates. How can Edwards have gotten more state delegates and fewer national delegates? I'm interested from a purely procedural standpoint.
If the ticker counted super delegates, you would see HRC closer to 200.
The ticket only counts superdelegates from states that have already voted.
It does not count any superdelegates, even from Iowa, as of now, only the delegates chosen in the states.
Why Clinton has a 1 delegate lead over Edwards from Iowa? I don't know for sure, but it's probably rural weighting, where she was stronger.
haha, all those rural voters coming out for Edwards huh?
